Oak and Elm are highly valued for both traditional and contemporary furniture making. American Black Walnut is prized for its rich colour and smooth texture, making it ideal for high-end cabinetry and feature joinery. Maple (American and English) provides a hard, fine-grained surface well suited to worktops and utility furniture, while Sapele and African Mahogany offer excellent stability and a refined finish, making them popular choices for bars and decorative fitted interiors.
